ADDITIONAL FACTS
Sinnett Builders did three separate projects for Group Publishing.  The first stage was full site development including construction of a new city street and infrastructure for the property.

The 33,000 square-foot warehouse is a pre-cast concrete and steel structure complete with warehousing, packaging, and shipping facilities.  A new, 48,000 square-foot, three-story office building completed the project.

The office building is steel and masonry, with an EIFS and native stone exterior, and full office finishes inside.  The entrance, lobby and some office areas have a rustic motif.  The remarkable features inside this building called for challenging construction techniques to create their stunning effects.
