Sinnett Builders started its historic renovation experience in the 1970's when it was hired to renovate the former Fort Collins Public Library into the Fort Collins Museum.  Starting in 1990, Sinnett Builders began renovation of the historic Linden Hotel in "Old Town" Fort Collins, Colorado.  Sinnett Builders was eventually hired to renovate the entire block of historic buildings in cooperation with the building owners and the Fort Collins Historical Society.  Pictured below is the entire city block composed of three Sinnett Builders historic renovations: (from left ro right) the Linden Hotel, the Loomis Building, and the Reed Dauth Building.
