ADDITIONAL FACTS
The Colorado State University Research Foundation (CSURF) built its Drake branch, an
11,074 square-foot building in a cooperative venture with the original tenants, Norlarco
Credit Union and Remax, Inc.
The CSURF building is structural
steel framework with a brick and EIFS exterior finish, and a roofing system of ballasted
EPDM mixed with true copper metal roofing.
The interior finish of the CSURF building
includes a hand-crafted plaster-barrel vaulted ceiling at the front and rear entries which
is accented with neon lighting.
The CSURF project also includes a drive-up
banking facility, an ATM station, and full site development with grass berms and
xeriscaped courtyard with water feature.
The Boardwalk branch, an 8,070 square-foot
building, also includes a drive-up facility.
Sinnett Builders has completed more than 20
projects for Norlarco Credit Union including new buildings, tenant finishes, remodels, and
other projects. |

We have received many wonderful comments on the look of our bank and we couldn't be
happier with how it turned out.
Thank you again for your great work and effort. You guys did a great job, as usual.
Special thanks to you, Ted.

"Other
than a few problems with the City bureaucracy and mother nature, it was truly an enjoyable
experience working with you, Ted Beers, Scott
Steele, and all of your other fine employees.
Thanks to your design we are extremely proud of the 'new look' at Markley Motors.
Again, Dennis, thank you for all of your hard work. It was
a pleasure doing business with you and your outstanding company."
